That said, compared to major platforms like Zillow, Redfin, or Realtor.com, HouseJet feels more limited in functionality. It doesn't appear to have an interactive map or robust search filters for price, bedrooms, or property type--features most users expect. The listings themselves are somewhat basic, showing fewer photos and less detail, and tools like mortgage calculators or saved searches seem to the missing. It's also unclear what benefits come with creating an account with HouseJet.

Great support and tech
Everything is smooth so far and it's a all-in-one system. I'm about to go live so will send a updated review. The tools are all here and the system seems to be streamlined and very clean and professional.

After a year with Housejet
After a year with Housejet, my experience was positive. Customer service helped get everything set up & there is online training on their system. I did not close a deal, but there are a few promising prospects in the pipeline that should convert soon!

Enjoyed all the videos. I’m looking forward to seeing how successful the script will be. I do like the fact that you can set your calendar for when you are available for appointments. I do feel there is a lot of great information that may take some time to get used to. I do feel this can help my business. The videos were short enough to keep my focus and the information seemed to be on target with what I would be trying to achieve.
My concerns so far is I’m very skeptical of being able to get 8-10 leads a month as mentioned on the phone when I signed up for this. The zip code I am in is a very small community and my previous experience with a company did not achieve the number of leads they said it would. I’m also concerned about my time as I do have multiple jobs outside of real estate so there will be times where my availability is very limited.
