Low volume of leads. For the amount of money spent, I would say it's not worth it. I've been in program for almost 3 weeks. Six leads generated and after 10+ calls only one response. That one didn't speak English so it was a bit challenging. Many numbers fake. I essentially equate it to one real lead in 3 weeks. I run my own online marketing and am seeing much, much better results.

My last review was 5 Star but now it's 2. I mentioned being new and just getting started. I was wowed by the technology. I hoped that they would live up to their sales pitch. I wasn't supposed to get the deal that I got. Thank God I asked for it in writing. I have had two unpleasant conversations. Both gals talked over me and didn't spend time listening to understand my question. So quality control is needed. This system could work but their training needs much attention. From day 1, I have had a help ticket in for a glitch that they have not been able to fix. I got a reply saying that they are short-staffed. I'm sad, hopefully, I've not been scammed.

I thought at first, So far so good. It seems a little labor intensive but I thought it would be worth it in the end! NOT at all!! I NEVER HAD a SINGLE LEAD PAY OUT. There were how ever a lot of PEOPLE ASKING WHY I AM CONTACTING THEM ABOUT SELLING THEIR PROPERTY?? Or I AM NOT EVEN LOOKING TO BUY A HOME!! the LEADS were TERRIBLE!! Don't GIVE UP HARD EARNED CASH I RECEIVED NOTHING for MINE!!
