Complete waste of money and time. Everything they said before I paid and signed the contract was easy, nice, and made sense, but everything fell apart after payment. I got zero clients, paid too much, didn't get refund. Don't recommend!!! Comment response: 99% of the leads never responded, neither 11 scheduled appointments. Don't trust them And yes, unprofessionalism goes against unprofessionalism. They expect you to be nice because they are lying to your face and stealing money from you! Did you want me to thank you and offer you more money? Don't try to make me bad because I am willing to share every single number of the lead you sent me, especially the "scheduled appointment" ones so that people can call and check the validity of your fake numbers, church numbers, restaurant numbers, numbers of people who never signed for anything..etc PEOPLE , PLEASE DON'T TRUST THEM, DON'T PAY THEM. If my comment save only 1 person of being scammed I will be happy.

Housejet is a SCAM. They took my $4500 and called it a deposit, and they never delivered leads on the 2 zip codes they agreed in writing to provide. They sent a total of about 8-9 bogus leads in a week... before they cut me off from their system. I asked for a refund within the 8 or so days of starting with them. Bottom line: they took my money, locked me out, and they are telling my credit card company that they provided the service. THEY did NOT provide the service agreed upon in writing. I have had to hire an attorney to resolve this. RUN!!! I am a Real Estate Broker and MLO. Update- You need to read the written documentation provided to you, via the credit card company. The written correspondence I submitted does not support your statements below. My attorney will be in touch. Thank you.

The company callers are negatively selling their product. They say you are not the person to do the job though with my experience of over 20 years in the field. Within few seconds they throw this negative tantrum. I had to cut the call short for their attitude.

The leads are low quality. Housejet does not gain any traction in thier reach out to the leads. Seems to be a waste of money

Caution, the lead generation is mediocre at best. But my main complaint is the charges that will show up AFTER you cancel. Yes, you agree to secondary program that kicks in after a year and they will sneak those charges to you and provide nothing. When confronted they did cancel (but they said they did last time to...so maybe not).

I haven't got the stated number of leads per month. If you can even get a hold of the lead they're not even interested in real estate. If they set an appointment they don't keep it. Probably some of the worst leads I've ever worked.

This company is a scam. The guarantee is a joke. I received over a 100 leads in the year non of them ever picked up the phone in valid numbers or emails the appointments set by AI were never there when I called. Call before your year is up or they will keep charging you.

This company is a complete rip off. I signed up and within hours, found that their website was a complete disaster (Housejet) and requested a refund. They refunded my initial $1,500.00+/- then charged me $95.00 for something and a month later charged my card again for $1,500.00. I have been sending emails that get bounced back and I have reached out to the owners personal emails and get ignored. Their sites have no "Contact Us" options either. Check out the photos of the website. I am filing a claim and notifying the BBB and Attorney General if I do not hear back soon.
