Realtors: Caveat emptor! They say they give you 8 referrals a month and you pay them a referral fee then they tell you that you need to give them an earnest deposit for some marketing of THOUSANDS of dollars. Don't waste your time with this bait and switch tactic. In real estate it's all about honesty and disclosure ... that is not what this company at House Jet does.

Not what I Thought CRAP LEADS
Seemed like
a Simple process that makes total sense. Excited to be working with a company looking out for me as well as the company. The first part was what I wrote going into the program....part of the requirements that they count on for having their good reviews
Update to come, waiting on customer service to respond as the leads are CRAP
as you will see with every 1 star review they are working with high quality long term agents promising a bag of goods they have no way of delivering....complete waist of the time I put into the garbage leads.....I could have bought tons of leads for the amount I invested with this company thinking they were going to produce....

BEWARE***SCAM****
BEWARE***SCAM**** All these reviews are from users that are solicited by Housejet immediately after the 40 minute onboarding video - look for reviews of agents who have successfully utilized their lead program… There are NONE! If Housejet were a reputable lead generation service, they would request a review after a period of time, say 1-2 months, of using their lead generation service - not 40 minutes and no real experience to base the review on. Any review from an agent who has actually used the program is negative.
I was tricked and lied to by their sales team about their product/service and given info that was grossly incorrect and misleading in order to gain access to my credit card info and charge it under false pretense. After less than a week of being charged for service and learning that much of what I was told was false, with zero leads generated, I decided that paying for a service that was absolutely misrepresented was not fair, so I decided to call Housejet and attempt to get them to refund my money.
I knew I was likely going to have to dispute this charge with my credit card company but decided to give them an opportunity to make it right, so I called customer service. Their representative apologized for the “miscommunication” and told me the sales team didn’t know the technical backend of the platform and hence, the incorrect info I was given. I requested a refund but was only offered $500 of the $2,997 back, for a lessor service. That was unacceptable and spoke with them 3 more times before disputing.
To highlight their deceitful and unethical tactics, when I pointed out that I clicked on one of their ads since I purchased my “exclusive territory,” it said that my territory was still available. I questioned whether they were selling more than 1 territory per agent or whether they were falsely advertising availability. I was told that they do this purposefully to get agents on the phone and sell them another area. That seemed like a classic “bait and switch” scheme and asked if that was illegal. That is when the reps attitude changed and he rudely told me “that is neither here nor there” and my mind was obviously made up about this matter before ending the conversation abruptly. On the contrary, I believe this fact is very important and agents should read more than a few reviews!

BAD BAD BAD
This is a horrible company!!!!!!
First you are REQUIRED to write a review of the service THE DAY YOU ACTIVATE! How can you write an honest review of something if you haven't even used the services yet. Oh I know why ... to get as close to a 5 star rating as you can and trick more people into signing up for your "lead generation" software. So, all of the positive reviews that you see come from the first day these people are signing up. Don't trust the reviews to tell you the whole story.
I have seen a few stories exactly like mine so do your research!!
Well I am going on month 4 - so I have 3 months under my belt. My ads have not been running for over a month now. 12/31/2024 was the last day that ads were actively trying to get me more leads.
I started to complain about the services and I think that is why they are frozen and not running.
I contacted these people at HouseJet in early February to find out why ads were not running. The woman on the other end said it was odd that they weren't running and she would find out why and call me back. I called a Friday and was told I would get a call on Monday. I still have gotten ZERO call backs to resolve the issues I am having, even though I was told I would.
They also guaranteed that I would get 2 phone call leads a month. Which is essentially a phone call interview with the potential client.
I have gotten a total of 2 and I have been with the program for 3 months going on 4 so I should have had 6. Maybe it's because my ads are not running? Hmmmmm???
Now getting to the two phone call appointments that they "booked". They were both NO SHOWS when I called the conference call number and then I tried calling them on the phone numbers that the leads provided with no voicemail option. Very odd ... I can't prove that they set up these fake phone calls but it sure feels like they were fake.
The 35 "leads" that are in my database from them have never revisited the site. I think mainly because there are very very very very few listings that populate when you search for a home through their software. Also, a lot and I mean a lot of the phone numbers that these "leads" have provided don't go anywhere and very few have options to leave a voicemail. Who is this day and age doesn't have a voicemail option when you call them?
I think they were padding the leads so that I would meet their quota ... well they aren't even doing that anymore!!
When I signed up with housejet ... I also signed up with another company at the same time. A company called BoldTrail and during the same time period I have recieved 42 leads ... of which 34 are actively engaging with me. I have not closed any with that company yet but I have more confidence I will than with housejet.
I spent my hard earned money, I spent $2,500 for this program and it feels as though I threw that money into the fireplace.
RUN RUN RUN
DO NOT WALK AWAY - RUN!!
I believe these folks are a high level SCAM!

Don't let them sell you!
Don't let them sell you. The leads are terrible. In my case I fronted the money for a team member who used the initial media setup and then left. I thought I could take it on but they did not allow me to have a setup so I got a percentage of the services. Many of the leads seemed to be bogus. Follow up with other leads proved futile. The sales rep stated if a deal was not made that money would be refunded. That is incorrect. Instead they offered an additional 60 days on their program. I am so disgusted with this company I want every agent to know there are better ways to get lead generation.

Be sure to read the fine print
Be sure to read the fine print. AFTER you sign up, they send you a fine print addendum that describes if you have any periods of inactivity, you will not qualify for a refund in the event the leads turn out to be nothing.
Response from HouseJetFeb 14, 2025
Hello Gary, our primary goal is to help every agent we partner with close more deals. With that being said we do offer a conditional refund policy currently. To receive this you do have to use the platform to work on closing a deal with the referrals provided to you. Speed to lead is important in this industry and ignoring them or not following up with referrals does not help. If you would like more information don't his please reach out to support.

I wish there was a review that was less…
I wish there was a review that was less than a one star. I am not one to leave poor reviews unless I feel like I really need to help others not get scammed. I didn’t need help getting leads I stay plenty busy. But I had a great 2023 so decided to invest some of my money in leads to have an even better 2024. I will spare you the details BUT do not give this company a dime…please!!!
Response from HouseJetFeb 14, 2025

For real estate agents
For real estate agents, I am warning you. Do not go after this company. They will NOT honor their promises or guarantees. This company sells the promise of qualified leads. However, lead-provided numbers were illegitimate, or the leads never had an interest in searching for a home. Partnering with this company has caused financial stress, as I have tried working with them to express these concerns only for them to say, “Wait until 12 months, and if you have not closed, you will receive your money back.” Unfortunately, when the time came, they failed to honor that commitment. From an agent, please read every review from those who have had this negative experience, and you will find similar stories. I firmly believe that you will not hear the same scenario more than once unless it has some truth. Please be reminded that you have been warned.
Response from HouseJetJan 30, 2025
Hello, after providing referrals for 4 months as well as 7 appointments with our ISA team from those referrals and you not logging into the system to follow up with referrals or take appointments we cannot offer a refund due to you not working in the system for 12 months. We can provide you with an extension on your time to work on these referrals and receive new referrals during this time to follow up with. If you would like to accept the offer provided to you please reach out to the support team and they would be happy to verify if you can still accept the offer provided 6 months ago.
