Sold a bag of lies and mistruths - leads are not verified and of the leads provided, I have received bought leads, wrong numbers, not the person etc.... nothing verified. Wrong names, numbers, emails, etc. Their customer service is of no help and they have not provided the amount of leads promised...... Do not do it! Never had this experience with Boomtown or CINC. They CLAIMED they were better but not that I have seen. I have called customer service many many times with the same result... nothing! 7/9/25 - The response from HouseJet is quite funny. I have had MULTIPLE calls with your company and NO RESULTS!

Ok so you are saying you do not want to help and just keep playing games to your reviews positive. I would like to see some reviews where people have closed consistently and not reviews that were asked by Housejet salespeople to give a good review just after signing up. I did not. You are doing here exactly how I was treated on the phone. Around in circles. Ok, so you’re saying you now want your help. Why did I have to go through the misleading sales pitch about getting your money back and having to fight for it back hitting a brick wall with customer service. Bring up the sales recording like I’ve said. Easiest way to rectify it is to get some leads or money back. And not “shake the trees” the 3 months of leads they never replied in the first place. If you have the time to follow up with leads that do not want to talk with you for $3,000 then you should sign up for house jet. They will tell you on the sales call that you will be fully refunded in a year only to tell you NO when it comes due. They will come up with lot's of excuses why they cannot help you and ultimately leave you empty handed. In every deal in life everyone needs to win or it is simply a bad deal. First the sales person sold me on the refund. I stupidly paid $3,000 and then they sent me something to sign that trapped me into their system that they knew would never be refunded. Ultimatly they left me with no leads and out a LOT of money. Oh and if you do sign up they will immediately ask you to give them a review so that is locked in for them. I did not do that and nobody else should either as they do not deserve a good review. Go ahead just look at the reviews. There is not one person that mentions closing a deal. Because that have not.

Gross misrepresentation of packages. Adding a zip code for an extra $1000 doesn’t mean you will get twice the leads but the same number of leads per month 8-12 as for 1 zip code. So nobody would opt for that if it would be explained properly. The leads are terrible. Retirement home leads of multiple 80+ year olds that are currently renting, rental leads, out of area clicks and no consistent flow. You have to do something with the lead every 2 days or they stop your lead flow. Their ISA never speak to anybody or transfer a call. You have to close a deal within 12 months otherwise you won’t get your investment back, which is unlikely because the leads are not enough and not good for what you pay for. They are ‘selling’ you a CRM that sends all the leads you generate, into their referral agreement bucket. They are terrible about a refund or being honest about what you are told when you buy their service. You will get charged $89 per month for their CRM even when you explicitly told them you don’t want it, and have the option to pay according to the initial call with their sales person. All they promote is HouseJet. Your leads will see all the orange logos everywhere, so who wants to pay $89 per month for them to promote their brand and not yours. If you can close a deal from their leads and get your investment back, there are many people who would like to hear from you because this is a micro managed and mismanaged system. I have requested to hand over the recording of the sales call and they are not providing it without legal steps. So be it! Join in on Reddit if you are in the same boat :)

Horrible company. Lie after lie. 6 months in, I have 20 total leads and 80% of them are fake numbers. Do not sign up for this scam.

Buyer beware. I've been in real estate for over 20 years using IT and have been an IT Director for 2 large auto dealerships. Working with many lead companies. This one was the worst! Pay thousands up front and you get a first name, and ONLY the initial of the last name, on EVERY lead. And many times the phone number and/or email is bad. And almost all the time there is never any response, as if the lead was made up. I use my own CRM and would drop their leads there putting them on a 16-month email/phone campaign. So the "questionable" leads were being worked. But they want you to pay the $97 per month for their own CRM, so the leads stopped coming. Take my money on such fraud? I'll be vigilant on posting my experience about "No HouseJet Leads." NOTE: In regards to HouseJets reply, that's simply a lie. EVERY LEAD came in with a first name and ONLY the LAST NAME initial. I have each lead saved and screenshot. HouseJet just proved they lack all integrity. I paid $2,000 for last initial leads and after 3 months they stopped coming, so to say they continue sending leads is untrue also. BUYER BEWARE

It starts out sounding great. They even ask for reviews up front before you had a chance to work with them which was the first red flag. They produce terrible leads. They promise to refund your money after a year if no leads are converted, but they don't. I met all their criteria but they don't honor what they promise. I've been with them a year with no results. Highly recommend NOT JOINING!!

I signed up with HouseJet in February 2025 based on assurances from their salesperson and manager that I would receive 3–4 strong, qualified referrals per week in exchange for a 30% referral fee upon closing. They also required an upfront deposit, which they claimed would be refunded after a successful closing. Unfortunately, after four months, I have only received seven referrals in total—far below what was promised. Despite multiple calls to their support team, the only response I received was that feedback would be sent to their marketing department to adjust my ads. However, I’ve seen no meaningful improvement or change in lead quality or quantity. It appears their process primarily involves running basic Facebook ads and having virtual assistants make a few initial calls before disengaging. When I requested a refund due to the lack of performance, I was told I would now have to wait a full year. I’m sharing this experience to help other real estate professionals make informed decisions. I entered into this partnership in good faith, but it has not delivered on its commitments. [RESPONSE TO RESPONSE FROM HOUSEJET ON MAY 28th] - Unfortunately this is a standard response I received every time I escalated this issue to the support. If you can't live to your promise please do not make such statements. As a matter of fact, even after making this public statement, no one from House Jet has contacted.

DO NOT BELIEVE the sale's person on the phone. They are well train to get you signed up but the leads I received were crappy... they don't even screen it and still expect you to pay the refferal fee... it's a joke! Don't waste your money! And when you try to cancel they denial your cancelation and start being assholes... DO NOT SIGN UP... better to do door knock!!!
