The original rep that I consulted with was great! But he transferred me to a sales manager to discuss the fees.
After the way the sales manager spoke to me, I would never consider using HouseJet. To have your own manager be the direct cause of losing business for you is disgusting and the worst representation. Good consultants should consider working for another company.
The sales manager was belligerent and unprofessional-after he pressured me and did not get the response he wanted. As I’m reading HouseJet’s reviews, the negative feedback fits.
I requested to be removed from HouseJet’s database. I will be sure to tell anyone who will listen about my experience.

Thank you for sharing these details. We appreciate honest feedback, and while we always aim to deliver respectful, professional interactions, we recognize that communication styles can sometimes be misinterpreted.
From our notes, the conversation was friendly, with laughter and no pressure applied, ample time was given to consider the opportunity. It’s unfortunate that this was perceived differently, and we’re sorry to hear it led to such frustration. We’ll use this as a chance to continue improving how we engage with potential partners, ensuring every conversation feels clear, respectful, and positive.
If there’s ever a change of heart, we’d be happy to re-earn your trust.

I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could, absolute crap! Spent almost $2000 with this place, received a total of 10 leads in five months, none of them have a working phone number, none of them have a working email address. Yet in their contract, they say, they screen these leads, don’t waste your time or money here folks! Throw it in the air, you will get the same results!
I appreciate your reply, however, pausing For 7 days while we are on vacation would not impact the overall lead flow to a high extent , seeing as how we barely receive 1 lead every three weeks. Several of your other reviews have the same complaints, so there is some consistency in the feedback/ reviews you are receiving at your company. We paid for a service so we are going to continue with the service, with hopes of getting a good lead from you, for the full year as we signed up for, but if you bring no one to the table to close as you stated in your contract, we will expect a full refund.
Response from HouseJetJul 30, 2025
Thank you for the feedback. While we understand your frustration, our records show you received 20 leads and not 10. Your marketing was paused for a period at your request while you were on vacation, which reduced the overall lead flow. You were active for less than four months and paid a total of $1,500, not $2,000. Each lead is verified to meet basic contact standards, but as with all online marketing, not every lead turns into a buyer. We're happy to review your account in detail and help if you'd like to continue building momentum.

Do not sign up with House J.
This is the worst company ever to get…
This is the worst company ever to get leads. All the leads were trash. They sent me leads for rentals just to make it seem like they are sending me leads. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM. This company is absolutely a waste of money. Do not spend your hard earned money on them. Please be aware of this company. They are trash
Response from HouseJetJul 14, 2025
We hear your frustration and are sorry you had a negative experience. This definitely isn't the outcome we want for any agent we work with. While we do not generate or target rental leads, we’d like to look into your account activity in detail to understand what happened and offer a solution. Please reach out directly so we can address your concerns properly. We’re committed to transparency and helping our partners succeed.

One of the most dishonest and…
One of the most dishonest and unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. Salesperson gave me a deal of only paying $1250 to get started . Get started to be scammed! They have zero marketing that is any different than what you can do on FB and then provide “leads” with fake phone numbers and names. And you can’t get a refund (even though sales rep said that would be easy if not working out)
Do not waste a penny or one second of time with this fake lead gen company.
Update - if you complain the reply is that it is your fault for not following up on fake leads
A joke of a company
Update 7/3/25
I have followed up with every “lead” you have provided. None turned out to be real.
This is a scam company

Hello Patrice, unfortunately, you're not receiving referrals because you're not working with your current referrals. If you log in and work with the system will continue generating you referrals. If you need help with anything, please reach out to support.

Stay way!
Stay way!
This company is ridiculous.
I spent $2400 for a majority of leads that were junk.
They claim to have someone working the leads with you but their own people will disqualify leads and then send them to you. I have been trying to get a refund for months. They promise a full refund but their terms and conditions are absurd. I was given a full review of my file after a year of working with them. They found my communication to be great with leads and saw that I was responsive. That means nothing. They used the fact that I didn’t have an email signature IN THEIR PLATFORM as a way to deny a refund. I have spent the last 3 months trying to ge a refund. Their rep was very helpful at first. He agreed I was very close to meeting all requirements for a refund and SHOULD be entitled to some sort of refund. He called me a week later, asked if $500 was ok and I told him no ) I was requesting $1800, 75% of my total payment. He said he would look into it. Never heard back. About a month later, I reach out again to Housejet. I received a call today. The new rep, claimed to be his boss and immediately stated there is no refund. I mentioned our previous discussion regarding the $500 Refund. I was told that was off the table because that was offered a month ago. Funny, they offer a stipend, tell you they will call you and then hold that time delay against you. Trash company. Of all the lead gen companies I have used this is by far the most misleading.
Save your money.
Edit
If you bring this to their attention and file a complaint, they will try to place blame on you. They are trying to cite that I had 12 deals that I did not get to closing. I went back in a separate email with them prior and went over a majority of these leads with them. Their team will disqualify Leads as soon as they get to me. Half or more of these people that bought or sold a home were people that the inside sales department and appointment centers at Housejet disqualified immediately or they had bad contact info. These things happen but the place blame on an agent for something out of their control is absolutely ridiculous.
Response from HouseJetJul 3, 2025
Hello Eric,
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we take all feedback seriously. That said, after thoroughly reviewing your account and cross-referencing with deed transfer records, we found that 12 of the referrals we provided to you successfully closed, just not with you. Those clients ultimately worked with other agents, resulting in over $6 million in closed transaction volume.
We share this not to place blame, but to highlight a critical issue: the system is working, but it requires consistent and strategic follow-up. When leads go unengaged or follow-up is delayed, they often move on. Our team, platform, and processes are designed to support you, but they cannot replace your personal engagement and accountability.
We’re committed to partnering with agents who are proactive and serious about success, and we’re happy to review your file again if you’d like to discuss ways to improve performance moving forward.

REALTORS, BUYER BEWARE!
Dear REALTOR friends, BUYER BEWARE!
Read all the 121 terrible 1-star reviews - some having paid maybe up to $3-5,000...... a whopping 18% of customers have given appalling reviews here at Trustpilot. 11 of those reviews are very recent.
I have been contacted by one of their salespeople. I suspected straight away when she let me into their completely unstructured and incomprehensible webpages, trying to confuse me with all their unfathomable programs and prices.
And sure enough, it only took 10 minutes on Trustpilot to verify my suspicions. I addressed this to their salesperson when she called just now, but she hung up. Then, five minutes later, she texted me, commenting on my brokerage bio and stating it does not work. Oh, my goodness, what a joke.
In 2024, of the 4.5 million fake 5-star reviews detected on the platform, 90% were automatically identified by Trustpilot machine learning models for fake review detection.
So I’m NOT READING the 4/5 STAR reviews when checking businesses for legitimacy, nor should you – BUYER BEWARE!
OMG - buyers beware one more time, see below:
I JUST SAW THAT HouseJet has answered my 1-star review, let's go through their points one-for-one:
A)
You're websites & dashboards are, in my opinion, completely unstructured and incomprehensible.
B)
Trustpilot removes fake 5-star reviews, approximately 4.5 million in 2024. They remove almost none of the 1-star reviews, because we all know that the truth about a company is often revealed in the 1-star reviews. That's why we, the people, do not look much at the probably machine-generated 5-star reviews that seem generic.
C)
Thanks, but I'm good.
I would rather run naked around in Orlando's street for 24 hours -> instead of connecting and wasting even one minute more with your company or staff who slam the phone down and then go in and try to dig dirt up and text back that the BIO page at my brokerage is faulty and does not work!
OMG!
D)
Reading your responses to your bad 1-star reviews, where you demolish and cut the head off the person, is just flabbergasting and saddening to read. You attack your reviewers, accusing them of not doing this and that, and blaming them for the issues.
Most of our reviewers are, btw, LICENSED REALTORS@, who do this for "taking one for the team & warn their fellow REALTORS@"
Do you think it's funny to write a bad 1-star review, and we do this just for fun. No, think again.
However, I must congratulate you;
You continue to receive a steady stream of very detailed 1-star reviews, almost two pr. Week.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience.
At HouseJet, we take pride in being a reputable company that works with over 11,000 partnered agents nationwide. We understand that skepticism is natural, especially in an industry where trust is earned, not assumed. That’s why we encourage all prospective partners to take the time to research thoroughly and ask questions.
To clarify a few points:
Our websites and dashboards are secure, mobile-friendly, and intentionally structured for ease of use.
Trustpilot uses AI to remove fake reviews, which means the reviews that remain, both positive and negative, come from real people with real experiences.
We always welcome honest feedback and remain committed to improving where we can. If you’re ever interested in a open conversation to better understand how our platform actually works we’d be happy to connect.
Wishing you all the best in your real estate journey.
