Hello Calvin, We want to clarify a few things. We are a software CRM company and operate as a subscription service, which means charges only occur after someone has reviewed and agreed to the terms and completed sign-up. At this time, I’m having trouble locating an active account that has been charged using your name. The claim of illegal charges is serious and doesn’t align with how our system works, so I’d like to understand more. Please reach out to us directly so we can review the details at [email protected]

Hi Lor! I'm Chelsea. Thanks for reaching out here as well as the complaint on the Better Business Bureau. I took a look through everything and noticed that you requested to cancel your account on 12/4 at which time we let you know our team would reach out to you in 1-3 business days. We're still within that time frame as today is the 3rd business day. I asked our team to reach out to you this morning and it looks like they were unable to get a hold of you but left a message. When you get a moment, feel free to give them a ring back. I want to assure you that even if we don't speak with you, your account will be cancelled before the next billing date which would have been 1/4/2026. I'm also sorry to hear that you had trouble understanding the software. Our Early Engagement team had been trying to reach out to set up a call so they could help you get started but I don't show they were ever able to connect with you. If you're still interested in the software in the future, that option will be available again to help get you started! Our goal is to make software easy to use so I'm definitely sad to hear you had 8 stressful hours trying to get things set up. That's definitely not the experience we want you to have. Thanks again for reaching out to us about this cancellation process. I'll be sending over some feedback to our team about this to hopefully make it easier for the future!
