Absolutely amazing! Any type of help I have needed Housecall pro has always gotten back to me within minutes if not within 24 hours. I love that when a payment was flagged by fraud the team quickly contacted me and corrected the issue. The app/desktop is perfect my small business.

The techs did there best to help me, they couldn't solve my problem. Chat was ended. They were referring me to an advanced tech support. About 20 mins or so later, I got a message from the support tech to try one more thing, he had been looking and thought he might have figured it out....sure enough he had, problem fixed. Thanks so much for hanging in there with me and getting me running at capacity again.....
