I required a technician to come and assess my broken microwave. Maldonado and Sons responded immediately, booked me as soon as they could fit me in. They were on time, updated me as to their arrival. Microwave could not be fixed since part may not be able to be found. So far, so good. Happy with their professionalism.

HELP! Have spent a couple of years battling the birds of Colorado and last year, checking the outside dryer vent with a large stick, a very old nest fell out; big! Got tired of sticking a large stick in the outside vent when not drying and I surrendered this year, but won. The service guy, young , polite with a smile, told me in detail what he accomplished even putting a wire guard on outside vent; we won! Thank you! MA

Overall HousecallPro is a great and affordable software for scheduling and billing. Our customers love the notification features and being able to pay their bills online. There are a few things that prevented me from giving a 5 star review: 1. Lack of customization on invoices 2. When sending a bill via text the customer cannot see line item descriptions 3. Inability to easily change multiple price book items at the same time (without emailing support to them do it). 4. Inability to text multiple phone #'s for a customer, or ability to input 2 numbers as 'mobile' 5. Android version of app lacks some of the functionality that the IOS version has.

I would like to see jobs & Estimates in the customers profile separated in to separate category's like the profile and invoices are. Also it would be help full when you want to go into a job and go back to the page you were previously viewing without being sent back to the main jobs page. It can be frustration to have to keep searching to find the spot you were at. Also I would be convenient to be able to send customers a down payment invoice without creating segments. Epically when I break down an invoice to 25 different categories. I then created 3 segments to show the payments but then I would have to delete all the prices from the first segment to balance out the invoice.

There are some really great things about this app in fact it would have a five star review if they just made reports a little easier or more tax friendly Like it’s really difficult for me to figure out what the employees did before tax and sales also what the sales tax is

I like most of the features of the program, but there are a couple of areas I would like to see improve. The schedule view is not as easy to follow as a calendar view, the proposal tool is hard to use from a mobile device like a tablet or phone, and the price book is clumsy to use.
