This is a great concept with everything that’s needed to run a small business. The fact that when I go in and out of service I am unable to use this service. I will start a job in service but when time to collect and out of service I can’t bring up the invoice to tell the client how much they owe unless I can hook to WiFi, not always available. Same with my price list, instructions, gate codes, anything… all unavailable without service. Needs a memory program to hold info without service.

There are a lot of glitches in the program that cause me grief. Some of the issues: Information changing itself and then notifying customers of inaccurate scheduling, info being erased if you click certain buttons too soon, inability to account for rugs picked up and not billed for until job is complete, inability to discount specific line items and not a total bill, money due that doesn't show up in the right places to notify us... overall the design of the program works well enough, but there are so many little idiosyncrasies to work around, it gets frustrating often.

Could have more mobile abilities

I love Housecall pro but I realize we don’t get a report of how much they received in transactions. They should send me amout of how much they processed and they have to pay taxes for it. I asked the blue bubble and they said to go and check on our report. That didn’t help. You guys are getting 3% of every transaction.

Has drastically improved the way I do business day to day. Would have 5 stars but I don’t feel like development ever listens to end users requests for improvements. Being an XL member, I would have anticipated a fairly simple change to be implemented after requesting it 5 times. I don’t think a select all checkbox for attaching photos to an invoice is asking too much. I have literally thousands of photos I attach each year and average 30 per job. They have quite a few items that need corrected but I gave up telling them about them because nobody seems to care. Overall, it will streamline many items with daily business and worth the price once you get over the sticker shock and see how much time it actually saves and how it seamlessly interacts with the customer.

The program overall is ok, but you should definitely incorporate "LIVE" customer service assistance.

I dont like that I cant call and speak to a person. I cant duplicate Housecall Pro screen with out updating info issues

Program is great but Custimer servise is horrible and no support line or real training to use your program
