Hi Michael, We’re sorry to hear that the delay in receiving your funds impacted your ability to meet a material order deadline and ultimately affected your work. We understand how disruptive payment delays can be when you’re relying on those funds to keep jobs moving. Transactions processed through Housecall Pro may sometimes be reviewed by our payment processor, Stripe, and additional verification may be required before funds can be released. While we don’t have visibility into Stripe’s proprietary review process and are required to honor their decisions, we understand that doesn’t lessen the impact a delay can have on your business. We understand that you’ve since made the decision to cancel your Housecall Pro account, and we’re sorry to see you go. Hi Ryan, thank you for taking the time to share this, and I'm sorry it's taken this long to feel resolved. After digging into your account, I found that two Housecall Pro accounts were created for Inferno Sewer and Drain back in April. I've confirmed our Retention team have processed refunds to cover those months. I've also called and emailed you directly this week so we could talk through anything else still lingering without you having to repeat yourself to someone new. That doesn't erase the frustration of the last few months, but I want you to know it wasn't ignored. I'm still here anytime at [email protected]. Thank you for being the best part of Housecall Pro!
