We have been trying fix some issues via the blue bubble our HCP isn't talking to quick books online . we keep trying to resolve it with your tech support but it never gets fixed. now are books are all messed up because we cant trust hcp and quickbooks to work well together. its very frustrating that your tech support cant help us it is very much affecting our business, and book keeping.

They do not even deserve one star! They are terrible at customer service, you can never speak to a real person, only through IM. And forget even that if you live in any other time zone other than PCT, I live in Florida and was dead in the water for a whole day because they refused to call me. I was told that they only use IM. Then a customer paid by CC online, Housecall actually IM me to tell me that they reversed the charge and my account was not eligible to accept CC. REALLY!!! It was a12,000 $ transaction, I think a call was justifiable!!! Terrible company!

I reported Housecall Pro partner, Southern Appearance LLC to US Inspector General, county sheriff, bank and Paypal for fraud. Housecall Pro enables scammers to use its Robo Calls and Robo emails for harassment for fraudulent demands for payments. I contacted Housecall Pro about its partner and willremove this review if Housecall Pro stops its scamming partner.

I argued with a customer service rep over a bill got sent to billing department and was told that my bill went from 200 a month to 500 per month no change in users and how dare I dispute that ? Well they responded by deleting my account well I guess my lawyers will be enjoying this in court because they basically stole my info what gross way of doing business and they must hire real scum of society in billing

I didn’t pay my bill for 2 months because I got a new debit card and forgot to up date it in the middle of the winter which we don’t use at all. So They deleted all my stuff and told me I’m not grandfathered in no more and raised the price $20 a month

Our company used Google calendar for free for years with no problem. Housecall Pro enticed us because it could supposedly fit all of our scheduling needs and sync with Quickbooks. From a scheduling standpoint the software, for lack of better words, SUCKS. It does not save recurring events properly. Nor does it let you edit recurring events properly. They are all about meeting your needs when they are trying to lure you into signing a contract, but once they have your money you're out of luck. The only response is basically that you must bend to the program that works half the time. I've spent over thirty minutes trying to set up a recurring event Monday through Friday weekly only for it to save for one week (I clicked "never end" so that is not the problem). It's a waste of time, and you have to go around your back to get to your elbow on anything. If you have recurring customers you service, good luck!

Lousy company, calls and calls then hangs up on you when you ask them nicely not to. They spoof their own number with a local number....that should tell you something.

This is a good system for someone that sits at their computer and someone that has alot of time to message back and forth with support for a couple of days to get an issue resolved, if you can get a resolution. They would rather give you options that take more time from you running your company so they don't have to change and or evolve the system to make things more efficient and give all the information that you need to see in the system. For the last year and a half I have been dealing with this company and I would rather call my cable company or cell phone company then to have to deal with the messaging back and forth with the support team. They do not have a number to call and get quick answers or responses. They also don't offer email to use with your domain which is something that most other software companies do when they offer a web domain. They are not going to change anything that you suggest even though they say the listen to what you suggest. Listening and doing are two different things. This company has set my company back do to their unwillingness to evolve the system. Truly check around, other companies might charge more but I wish I would have saw this review before I signed up, because the extra money it would cost with other companies would have saved alot of time wasted and time is money. They don't care about your time.
