5 star. Helped my business tremendously. Only thing is the app on phone and iPad is not 100% like home computer. But if you are a small business ready to expand this is for you. And a call service. Both are must haves.

My review is based on the company as a whole. Everything is very up front. Theres no bait and switch. Customer service is top notch. Price is reasonable for what you get I do wish some things about the software were different but none of these CRMs are perfect for each and every company. Its just impossible to be.

I have had this software now for two years and works flawlessly. I think there was one time in two years they had an issue, It was down for a couple of hours but to me that is great compared to Service Titan. The only other thing I can think of is when the invoice is sent to a customer the pictures are attached but hard for the customer to find meaning when they receive the invoice they have to scroll down and it is located at the very bottom and to the left of the page in an attached pdf file. They are there, I guess most people don't scroll down all the way to the end of the invoice and sometimes they will call me and say I didn't get any pictures and I would tell them were to look and they find them. It is a perfect fit for our small business. Customers can see that we offer financing through Wisetack. When the job is booked and a booking confirmation is sent to them and they can click a link to apply. When taking pictures of jobs we upload them at the end of the job all at one time instead of during the progress of the job one at a time, Seems faster to load pictures out of the photo app in a iPad at the end. I am in the field and at the office using this program daily. Very satisfied and will continue to use this program and will recommend to anyone.
