I attempted to utilize Housecall Pro's services in the past. Recently I decided to request that they delete all of my stored information from their servers (as I did from a number of other services). They refused! Since I don't live in a state that requires them by law to honor such requests, they refused to delete my information. BEWARE, YOU CANNOT CLEAR YOUR INFORMATION FROM THIS SERVICE. UNETHICAL AND IRRESPOSIBLE!!!!

Not only did they steal my money and double bill me for 4 months and was never refunded.... they also kept calling me afterwards to come back. Then they got sued in class action lawsuit for unsolicited robo dialing calls. Now they are back to calling me unsolicited its gotten to the point where I answer and I have to ask whos on the other end first and then I just cuss them out and hang up. These are not people to do any sort of business with... they are complete thieves and total scam artists. The software is great to use but the company is completely evil and out to get your money. Stay far away from Housecall Pro.

If you guys would take a moment and listen to real dispatchers, and what is needed in a dispatch/scheduling program, you would be 5 stars easily. You keep adding and updating things that doesn't help during the actual process of using the software. That Sucks!!!

Housecall Pro has a decent CRM system. They can easily track your customers. However, if you are a startup, Service Titan offers better customer service and credit processing.

From the second we signed up we immediately started getting dozens of calls from customers saying did you call us ? We quickly realized they were using our number for to call people who weren’t even customers then hanging up. Those people would call us all frustrated and we actually hadn’t called them !! Horrible horrible

I sign up for a trial and requested information from someone on 4.29.21 but got no reply over a 48 hour period. I requested a cancellation on 5.1.21 and someone called trying to stall my cancellation. I looked at my credit card and they had charged $99.00+$331.00. I told the guy what had transpired and due to their unethical behavior I wanted to cancel and was no longer interested. He said he'd look into and get back to me and he never did. Today I get a sorry ass message from Curtis acknowledging the transaction date and request for cancellation. He stated "since it was already billed, they couldn't refund my money" Well I hope East Coast Metal Disrtributors relishes in the maltreatment from their partnership

Do not use Housecall Pro if you are a business. If a customer disputes a charge, even with signature, proof and photos, you will lose your money even though they signed and you have proof.
