Hi Carrie! I'm Chelsea with Housecall Pro. This is awesome feedback, I'm really happy to hear your experience has been mostly great! Thanks for letting us know a little bit about the pricing and feature add-ons. We'd love to be able to offer every feature available to our Pros, but some of these features are more expensive to build and support. If we offered them for free, we'd be forced to raise the subscription price for all our Pros, even if that feature isn't something they need, so we try to offer it as an option for an additional price instead. We hope this allows our Pros better flexibility with pricing. I hear you about the videos! We do have a video feature using our HCP Cam add-on, but to your point, that's available for an additional price. It might be worth exploring if you think it'll make a good impact in your jobs and workflow. I'll see if I can connect with you in the coming days a about this feedback and how we can help optimize your business. I'd love to hear a bit more about pricing models you've used in past platforms and how those worked. We're always looking to improve and feedback like this is incredibly beneficial to us!
