Ridiculously overpriced for what you get. Limited software that is not customizable. The market is limited for this type of software currently and they know it. They do not care about your budget on any level, take what they offer or get lost. Well that does seem to be the way of the world now it seems.

I don’t like that I’m getting all these great reviews but no one can see them.

Great idea, has so much potential but falls embarrassingly short on so many areas. That being said we continue to use it and it does a pretty good job of dispatch of service calls and estimates. The unscheduled jobs is great, but a little clunky to figure out what the jobs are, easy to forget to check them. To this point I have found the reporting dashboard to be completely useless. It offers a great visual appeal but very little relevant information. The sales leader board is so disappointing, it looks like it's going to be so useful but all it tells you is what each tech's lifetime sales totals are, not profit, sales. And only forever, can't limit that report tile to a date range, it only reports forever. You can report certain date ranges but you lose the cool visual with the techs pictures, and you can't delete the report from the dash board so it's going to take up space on my dash board FOREVER as well... I could complain for hours about small things the program won't do that seem so trivial but like I said, we're still using it and somehow feel impressed with what it's doing for our company. My hope is that the developers actually listen to the "pro-votes" and implement them. In the 2.5 months we have been using the program there have been added features but I don't think any of the issues we identified at the start have been addressed, we just learned to deal with them. That might be a sign as well, we used to go a couple of hours before running into a roadblock because of something the program wouldn't do but we don't really seem to have that problem anymore.

Have used for 5+ years with moderate satisfaction. Extremely easy to lose data. If being entered, its not saved on mobile device if interrupted by phone call or app. No warning of deletion, no "are you sure you want to delete" message. Very disappointing but too difficult to change platforms. New discovery: for some reason I cannot turn of credit card payments feature as I invoice customers. End to know how to return to previous ability to turn off and not lose 3% of each sale

The app is ok but some what limited.. I can create and sand invoices as well as photos and notes for the job and send the customer and email with it. But I can't do many other things like send multiple recipient emails to the same invoice (CC someone). If there is no internet service or Wi-Fi connection the app does not have an offline version therefore you have no way of viewing or making any invoices or get any customer information or receive any type of payment besides cash, The tech support is good but it's only through chat and there is no way of getting a hold of anybody over the phone, When you send an email receipt to your customer it actually sent out from house call pro and not from my email so the customer doesn't really know that I actually send him the email and he thinks it's spam and actually most times it does go into spam and most customers complain that they didn't receive the email unless I tell them to look for it in the spam and that it was sent from house call pro, When the system text the customer from the system generated number it doesn't use my number so when the customer text back I do not receive any notification and the only way for me to know that I received the text from the customer is to open the app and look at the messages and many times in my business which is a locksmith time is it essence and if I don't respond right away I lose the job so by the time I see the message is often too late .. I don't know why they can't make it beep or ring when somebody sends a text through their system?. There is quite a few more ticks and twigs that needs to be done but overall it's simple and it's basic I wish it was a little more elaborate and friendly user.

I do enjoy using the app for my business but I have a pest control business with reoccurring customers and I use my phone for billing and setting appointments I wish that I could also set the reoccurring services either weekly bi-weekly monthly by monthly or quarterly even yearly on thermite renewals
