I wish I could upload a Picture for everyone to see how terrible this Company is, and they are a Fraud. This is the reason why since July 2021 we have been calling and sending emails for them to release the Funds from our Clientele both Commercial and Residential and they have not. They have held the Funds in their Account for over a year, and we keep getting the same answer send an email. Seriously I would think that is actually potentially Criminal Act for them to take our customers money then refuse to put it into the correct account that it is intended for.

I called you guys and I told you I am not have the business yet . Why you charge my card 169.00 dollars us again. Please return this amount to my visa before I call my visa for scams. Had the service for 1 year and never used it.

Horrendous "chat only" , Supposed-Customer Services. Anytime you have an issue you have to use their delayed reply chat service. There is no other way to deal with issues, even complicated ones. Their system has bugs they don't know how to fix. Below is an example of current issue we reported on 3/22. We received an email saying their connection with QB had an issue. The over $15K, 29 invoices we marked as paid in HCP did not push to QB. We connected back to QB and after they gave us instructions on a manual push through there system that also did not work we are left waiting another "2-3 days" per their estimation for them to look into the issue. We advised them of this issue on the 22nd today is the 25th and now another 2-3 more days. This is essentially business interruption for us. I highly recommend you do not engage this software company. Complex issue can not be resolved efficiently through chat only tech support. Especially when their software has fundamental issues and their chat support sucks ass.

I used THE COOL GUY and gave him $250 and he has disappeared.

As A contractor, They are trying to sign us but they are very misleading. To call and then hang up when we answer on a daily basis gets old they know cold calling and contacting us repeatedly is against the law so they hang up hoping we call back so they can try to sell us there service. Not interested when you are tactics such as this . Your no different than a cold calling spamer using a jumped line.ill never be part of this service because manipulation is not who we are or will be apart of.

It took way too long to get someone who can help with my issue and they have no one available to help over the phone
