Housecall ProReviews of housecallpro.com

House CALL pro had a snake oil salesman waste my time on the phone saying they have new technology to support my industry. They don't, he lied to me; they are a marketing company that wants to take away your business from other sources. Caller ID 385-279-2465 probably isnt even House Call PRO, but a call center!

Do not give this company your phone number. I used their free trial last year and they have been calling non stop. I tell them every time that I'm not interested. They use new phone numbers every time so you can't even block them.

These people keep calling me and I keep telling them stop calling me they say that they will stop calling me when I agree to watch their video. Now they're strong arming me, trying to force me to watch it under threat of harassment Wtf? Is anyone monitoring your email address? I sent a email to you telling you all the information so you could quit calling me I never got any response however. Once again I'm not interested in doing business with you all and wish you would never call me again. I think it would be better for you to call people who are interested in your services rather than continually call someone who has repeatedly told you they're not interested. Now after I send them a email explaining to them exactly what's going on they send me another email saying they want further details? Maybe if you answer your emails or monitor your email you would have the further details? How did I get involved with this crap? Here I am minding my own business working to create a life for myself like everybody else and then these people come along and start harassing me and come up with more and more crap.

Do not trust this company. They are a bait and switch type company that promises and never delivers. If Housecall Pro has read a past review from me, and I am still unhappy, then apparently Housecall Pro did not resolve my issue. I did email Housecall Pro and they did nothing to resolve the issue. Another lie that I was told. I declined being a new customer because of how Housecall Pro lied to me. I want to prevent others from experiencing the same fate as myself!!!

Terrible Reporting System and company insight. If you want accurate and proper reporting to Quick Books and within the CRM do not use House call Pro. They have assured me for 2 1/2 years these issues were being worked on and corrected but nothing has ever changed They can't even report what the total gross sales are by month or year. In the mean time all they have done is jack up prices and come up with useless upgrades. You do not have a account manager, they prefer to segregate each department so you cannot have anything resolved properly because no one is accountable. There merchant service fees are the highest out of ever CRM company at 3%. What ever you end up saving month you will lose 10 fold on account fees and wasted time. This is always the answer provided: "I am truly sorry for the inconvenience of these features not being available at this time. We are always working to improve the Housecall Pro software with innovative product update releases based on the number of votes received. Please feel free to send any other feedback you may have; it's always appreciated. The more votes submitted for a feature request, the greater the chances of the Pro Vote being brought to life in an update."

Support chat and phone both wasn't helpful. Listed my materials in the estimate but ended up all gone as soon as I refresh the page. Asked if they can help me take back all lost data but it's not possible for them to do that action for privacy reason. You wasted my 2 hours wtf!

We signed up back in 2017 and a concern I had at the time was that this company could get us fully integrated and dependent on them for our daily operations and then jack the price up on us but we are forced to stay. At that time they promised us our rate would be locked in for life. I have an email from their rep stating this. Well now we are fully integrated and dependent on them for our daily operations and they have doubled our price. I have been going back and forth with them for over a month. Finally they said that their representative was "not authorized" to lock in my rate and they would not honor their agreement.

The man was rude, abrupt and extremely expensive for the 10 minutes, he charged $175.00. This is a scam, I would not recommend your company to anybody
