Our 14 year-old furnace broke down just before Xmas on Dec 23. Royal mechaical was able to come to assess the repair remedy immediately and offered to travel to the city to pick up the part needed for repair (we live in the rural area). After review of the situation, we opted to replace rather than repair. Jason (the owner) ordered a newer and more efficiency furnace and finished the job first thing in the new year to keep our home warm in the fastest time possible. A good job much appreciated.
