Hi Cameron, Sorry about the issue here. It looks like you are already working with the team best to handle this. They reached out via chat yesterday requesting some more information. At times, transactions are reviewed by our merchant service, Stripe. Based on their investigations they sometimes do deny payments and other times require more info before being able to approve. Housecall Pro does not have access to the investigation that Stripe makes, but we do have to honor their decision. Hello Tim, Sorry for the issue here. We regret you didn't receive guidance and faced billing issues. I was able to locate your account, and notice that there is not cancellation request on the account. I was able to start the cancellation process for you. I was able to listen to the call, and since we are subscription base company, you must cancel before your next billing date in order to avoid the reoccurring charge. I will make sure to add this to the notes, but I do see that nothing has been charged except the initial start up payment. Hello Sam, Sorry for the issue here. I was taking a look into this, I did listen to the call. I submitted a case with our billing team, they had to deny the refund, as you submitted a claim with your bank. So, we can't move forward until the bank finishes the dispute. Hello Michael, We apologize for the issues here. Our payment processor is a third party. At time transactions are reviewed and sometimes they require more information, deny payments, and they can also set the limits for processing. We have to honor that decision. All of this is advised by our payment and Financial Technology team whenever situations like this occur. Hi Nate, Thank you for your review. I was able to locate your account, after reviewing it looks like you originally requested a cancellation back in November. Someone from our team reached out, looks like you agreed to stay with us, with some added promos. In that time you were charged for a feature, that was separate from your subscription. All was mentioned during that phone call. I do see in March another cancellation request was made, I do see you are working with someone on this, and you two discussed a refund.
