After reviewing your account, I saw you’re on an annual plan that was paid in full back in October, which is why this situation needs further review. I also listened to your call with one of our cancellation specialists, who explained our 14-day money-back guarantee for annual plans and mentioned getting leadership involved in your billing request. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide at Housecall Pro. After carefully reviewing your case and consulting with our Billing team and management, we’ve decided to issue a refund of $245.61 for the Pipeline subscriptions. This refund covers both September’s enrollment/renewal and October. Please rest assured that the HCP Cam subscription was canceled before any charges were applied.
