Hi Melanie, thank you for the honest review, and we're glad the feeder works the way it should and that your dogs love the water bowl. We use a high-impact polymer, which keeps it light and easy to clean. We'll share your feedback with our product team, and if anything isn't working right, email us at [email protected].

Hi Jordan, Thank you for the kind words about the dispenser, and I'm sorry you're still waiting on your ¾ cup bowl. How much each bowl dispenses can vary a bit with the size and shape of the kibble, which is why we're happy to swap sizes until the portion is right. Please email us at [email protected] with your name or order number, and we'll ship the right size right away.
