It works but looks bad
The product works well. But it's a cheap feeling plastic. I even got the "nice" furniture series but it in no way lives up to that name. Go ahead and get this if you can hide it somewhere. But if it's in sight and you have an even half way nice room...I'd think twice.

Hi David, thanks for sharing your experience, and I'm glad to hear the dispenser works well for you. Each Houndsy dispenser is built with a scratch- and impact-resistant polymer engineered to handle daily use while staying light enough to move around easily. I'm sorry the finish didn't match what you were picturing, and feedback like this helps us think about how we describe the materials up front so expectations line up better before purchase. Appreciate you taking the time to share it!
