I recently bought 2 standup kibble dispensers, 2 mats and received 2 water dishes free of charge. I originally ordered 2 cup bowls and realized that, that was too much food for a single serving for my dogs. So I ordered 2x 1 cup bowls. Fast forward a few days later I got an email stating that if you ever need a different sized bowl they would ship them free of charge. Since I hadn’t yet received my newest order, I sent an email asking about a refund or discount on my last order. No questions asked, no back and forth, within 24hrs I was refunded my entire amount for the additional bowls plus shipping costs. This folks is customer service. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a nice dog food dispenser vs regulars dog dishes. They hold the food and dispenser the proper amount of food each and every serving. 10/10 product, customer service, and company. ~Chris

Love their pet feeder, the quality is outstanding and it functions flawlessly. I contacted the company to ask I I could buy a large bowl to fit, and they sent me one no charge. Because of the excellent service, I bought a second feeder!
