HoulteReviews of houlte.com

I recently received the Isla Oak coffee table from Houlte and had a really positive experience overall. The table arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition, and the quality feels excellent — sturdy, well-finished, and true to the photos online. The warm oak tone and stone top look even better in person and fit beautifully into my space. I love having fun decorating it! Assembly took a little figuring out at first, but once I got started I figured it out. Overall, I’m very happy with both the product and the experience and would recommend Houlte if you’re looking for well-designed, modern furniture with a cozy feel. Built to last!

Was skeptical at first that it was too good to be true - as shipping takes a while. BUT once delivered, assembly was easy (done by one adult) and the pieces look fantastic. They're sturdy, soft close drawers, and really add to the space. Also, support was helpful - I had a couple of parts mislabeled for assembly and they shipped replacement parts out quickly.

Great chandelier! Everyone has asked where we got it from! Love it

We love our new chandelier! It is made from high quality materials and I was able to install it very easily. We think it is perfect for the space we have. It came with extra parts just in case and I was very pleased that it came with bulbs of the perfect brightness and color temp. Delivery took a few weeks but I was in no rush and it was worth the wait. I would recommend highly.

Beautiful bedroom side tables. As pretty as their website picture shows. Houlte was very responsive to our needs after the side tables arrived. Highly recommend these side tables.

I was honestly skeptical about ordering furniture online from a brand I hadn't used before, especially with mixed reviews out there. However, I’m pleasantly surprised. The furniture piece I received is substantial—it has a good weight to it and doesn't feel cheap at all. The finish matches the photos on the website perfectly (which is rare). Shipping took about a week or so, but everything arrived well-packaged with no damage. If you are looking for designer-look pieces without the crazy markup, I think Houlte is a solid choice. Just make sure to reach out via email if you need updates, they are quite responsive there.

The cabinet is beautiful, but I encountered a minor issue—the O-model screws I purchased were too short. After emailing Houlte, they responded immediately. Instead of making me wait for restocking, they promptly directed me to buy screws at a local hardware store. I fixed it that very day. They even refunded me $20 for the screw purchase. This is what customer service should be—practical and efficient!

Ordered Dec 16th and received it Dec 24th - Christmas Eve! I can't believe it only took a week when the estimate was almost a month. Great quality furniture and amazing service! The chests are beautiful and look exactly like the photos. The fact that Houlte got a heavy furniture shipment (set of 3!) to me this quickly during the busy holiday season is seriously impressive. A huge thank you for the unexpected Christmas present! Highly recommend.
