Dear customer, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize if our product description caused any confusion regarding the material composition of the Holt 95" Console. At Houlte, our design philosophy prioritizes both the authentic aesthetic of natural oak and the long-term structural integrity of our furniture. To achieve this, we use a hybrid construction: Solid Oak: Used for all high-stress areas and structural frames to ensure strength and premium feel. High-Grade Plywood with Premium Oak Veneer: We intentionally use this for large surface panels. Unlike 100% solid planks, this high-performance material is resistant to warping, shrinking, or cracking caused by humidity and temperature changes—common issues that can compromise large solid wood furniture over time. This combination allows us to offer the timeless look of solid oak while ensuring your media unit remains stable and beautiful for decades. We take pride in using only top-tier materials, and we would love to discuss this further with you to ensure you find the perfect piece for your home. Hi Cassandra Walker, Thank you for sharing your experience. We are truly sorry to hear about the frustration and inconvenience you’ve encountered with your order. We completely understand how concerning it must be to place an order marked as “In Stock,” be charged immediately, and then experience delays in confirmation, shipping updates, and ultimately being informed that the item was unavailable. This is not the level of transparency or service we strive to provide. We also sincerely apologize for the delay in your refund and for any confusion caused during your communication with our team. Your feedback regarding product availability accuracy and customer support has been escalated internally for urgent review to prevent this from happening again. Regarding your refund, we take this matter very seriously and would like to ensure it is processed as quickly as possible. Please contact us directly so we can prioritize your case, confirm the refund status, and resolve this without further delay. Hi Ta Ag, Thank you for sharing your experience. We are truly sorry to hear about the condition in which your chandelier arrived and the difficulties you’ve encountered. We understand how frustrating and disappointing it must be to receive a product with missing components, bent parts, and assembly issues that make installation impossible. This is certainly not the quality standard we aim to deliver. We are especially concerned to hear about the lack of follow-up after you were promised replacement parts. That level of communication does not reflect our customer care standards, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused you. Your case has been escalated internally, and we would like to make this right for you as soon as possible. Please contact us directly so we can prioritize your case, review the previous correspondence, and arrange an appropriate resolution, whether that be replacement parts or an alternative solution. Hi Dan, Thank you for sharing your experience. We are truly sorry to hear about the continued difficulties you’ve encountered with your pieces. We understand how frustrating it must be to feel that your concerns were not fully resolved, especially after providing videos and photos to help explain the issue. While we’re glad that the replacement handles addressed part of the problem, we regret that the hinge alignment concern remains unresolved. Your feedback regarding the adjustable hinges and installation guidance has been shared with our Product Development and Technical Support teams for further review. We want to ensure that product specifications and assembly documentation are fully accurate and consistent. We sincerely apologize if there has been any lapse in communication. That is never our intention. Please contact us directly so we can reopen and prioritize your case, review all previous correspondence, and work toward a proper solution. Hi Shannan, Thank you for sharing your experience. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration surrounding your order. We understand how concerning it must have felt to have your order canceled twice, particularly after payment was processed. Please be assured that we do not cancel orders without reason, and we would never intentionally mislead customers regarding product availability. In some instances, inventory synchronization between warehouse stock and online listings may result in unexpected cancellations when items become unavailable. That said, we recognize that this should have been communicated more clearly and promptly. We regret that the communication during this process was confusing and that it created uncertainty about your order status. While we are glad that your payment was fully refunded, we understand that this does not offset the inconvenience or disappointment caused. Your feedback has been shared with our Operations and Inventory Management teams to strengthen stock visibility controls and improve proactive communication when availability changes. We truly regret that this experience led to a loss of confidence, and we appreciate you taking the time to outline what occurred.
