Houfy is a new entrant in the vacation rental space that gives vacation home owners and renters and opportunity to avoid the exorbitant fees and barriers to communication created by the big on-line platforms. Yes, it’s like VRBO was originally before Expedia bought it out. The service level is high and hands on — the developers are still running the show — and the platform is free of the glitches that plague its competition.

Excellent platform with very responsive staff that listens to ideas and concerns. I recommend checking out this new kid on the block!

I have been using Houfy as an alternative to VRBO for a couple of years. It is a great way to promote direct booking for your short term rentals. But to be successful on Houfy, YOU will have to promote your rental/website yourself. But you have total control over your rental and your money.

I’ve been a host and guest on Houfy for over a year now. I love that Houfy allows me to run my rental the way I want to and allows direct communication with guests. The platform has so many options and integrates with other platens, calendars, and payment systems.

Newer user. Houfy was so easy to set up and now I have a link to all of my properties in one place. Looks professional and guests can even search by date.
