Easy booking and savings on great property! Will use again

I appreciate having a platform that makes fees and the like more transparent. I wish more rental properties were listed on Houfy as I would likely use the platform more as more STR owners adopt a platform that isn't so difficult to work with.

Very easy to book with this site cheaper than other rental companies

The site does save some money but sometimes doesn't work. It just hangs up when I tried to leave a review. It took 5 tries over the course of 3 days to get it to allow me to post my property review. It is a bit 'clunky' to use. It is usable but needs improvement.

I’ve found that Houfy is easy to deal with and more affordable than other booking sites.

Easy to use site with the same convenience as the bigger players. I liked the notifications when the host shared a communication. Figuring out where to submit a review for the property took too much effort. The write a review button should be more prominent. That or send an email on the departure date with a link to complete the review.
