Thank you — this is the pitch in a nutshell. No service fees and a direct line to your host is exactly what makes the difference, and it's great to hear both landed for you. Appreciate you taking the time.

Thank you — a perfect place and instantly responsive owners is exactly the kind of stay we hope every guest finds. Most of the credit there goes to your hosts. Glad it all came together.

Thank you — and welcome to the world of short-term rentals. Glad the contract and HoufyProtect gave you some peace of mind starting out, and even more glad you caught that party before it became a problem. Trusting that last-minute warning (and your Ring) is exactly the instinct that protects hosts. Wishing you a great start to hosting.

Love hearing this. Easy listing setup, easy chat, easy booking on the guest side — that's the goal on all three. Thanks for taking the time to share it.

Thanks for flagging this. "Clunky" and "won't stay signed in" aren't the experience we want, and specific notes like yours are how we find the rough edges worth fixing.

Thank you — glad the booking and messaging were easy, and fair point on the final booking details feeling clunky. That's exactly the kind of note that helps us tighten things up. Appreciate the recommendation.
