Hello Alex, Thank you for your review of our service. I am sorry to hear that you are still being charged for the subscription. Upon checking your account, I can see that your subscription is already canceled and won't renew anymore. It keeps on trying to charge you because your subscription is in past due status, and it will try to charge you after some attempts.
