Bonjour Frédéric, Merci d'avoir partagé votre avis. Nous comprenons votre préoccupation et sommes sincèrement désolés des désagréments occasionnés. Nous avons examiné votre compte et constaté que le prélèvement a été effectué en janvier, tandis que votre première demande d'annulation et de remboursement date d'octobre. Ce délai étant largement dépassé (45 jours), nous ne sommes malheureusement pas en mesure de procéder à un remboursement. Nous avons également examiné toutes vos interactions précédentes et n'avons trouvé aucune trace d'une demande d'annulation antérieure au renouvellement. Notre équipe vous a également communiqué ces informations par e-mail et reste à votre disposition pour toute question ou clarification supplémentaire. Merci de votre compréhension.
