I bought the HOTO master pump. When it started failing during the warrenty period, I contacted the service department and they wanted a full videoof pumping to prove the mode of failure. Once I sent the video they stoped responding and ignored multiple emails. This company is a complete scam! AVOID!!!

Order placed on 30.11 - never received it. Avoid

purchased a HOTO Handheld Autocare Air Duster and Vacuum (order HOTO093996), which arrived on 27th November and was faulty and completely non-functional out of the box. I contacted customer service to request a refund and followed up with a second email, but I have received no response at all. As a customer, this is extremely disappointing — not only did I receive a defective product, but I’ve also been ignored when trying to resolve the issue. At this stage, I cannot recommend this company due to poor quality control and lack of customer support. I am still waiting for instructions on returning the item and receiving my refund.

HOTO sells cheap and ineffective products, but the worst part of their business is their commercial behaviors that are PITIFUL. We bought some HOTO products on Amazon a few days back; everything was returned with great dissatisfaction. NEVER AGAIN. HOTO products are cheap, ineffective and TOO EXPENSIVE for what it is. Be aware that HOTO sells on Amazon; If you are seeing one of their promotions, forget it, HOTO TOOL has made them so they are just a CHEAT, they will just fool you, it is not an honest Cie, it is a CHINESE SCAM. HOTO do not like NEGATIVE comments, as they are selling their BAD CHINESE MADE GOODS in North America. HOTO have tried to shut us down on Amazon, reason I will put negative comment on HOTO everywhere else. I was naively about to enter my payment information and address- my password manager program automatically popped up giving me a "warning"- which has never happened with any other site. I did some digging for what other people thought, and sure enough people are saying it's a fraudulent company. It seemed sketchy to me, but I was willing to overlook it. Not anymore.

Company is a scam. Their website has been down for over a week and they removed their Amazon listings. They charge import taxes that exceed the value of their products and you’re lucky if you even receive it.

Don't buy anything there. I placed an order at the beginning of December. Parcel has been stuck somewhere in Germany and doesn't move since 10 Dec (Today 14 Feb) I paid $20 for delivery. Support is just ignoring or answering like they read my message for the first time.

Refuse to take responsibility for package mislabeling, which led to it being delivered to the other side if the country. Ignores all email correspondence with generic “contact your local mail carrier” response. Will not give the refund or do any work thats required of them to resolve the issue with mail carriers.
