Zero contact, zero answers for e-mails. I have only technical questions, don't want even know what would be if tool will broke. Keep away from this company. Tools are too expensive comparing to company customer service level.

Product broke on the first day, reached out, no reply. This really sets the perfect example of a bad company overhyping cheap value products. Don’t buy here!!

Ordered and paid in full on June 7 (order #HOTO136301). It is now July 21 — 44 days — and I have received nothing: no vacuum, no refund, not even a straight answer. Delivery was promised in 3–7 business days. The parcel supposedly "came back" to them, and ever since it's been nothing but excuses blamed on the courier and copy-paste replies asking me to "confirm my address" over and over — an address that was correct on the order from day one. Total non-communication, zero accountability, and my money just sitting with them for six weeks. If you value your money and your time, buy elsewhere. This is how HOTO treats a paying customer.

Avoid this company at all cost. I purchased their car vacuum and, as you do, stored it in my boot for a future day. On the first day of owning it, the vacuum spontaneously started up in its bag while I was on the motorway. I had to pull over shortly after and it was about to over heat. Could have been very dangerous. The build quality seemed good but clearly poor under the surface. More ‘great’ tech from China..

good item EdgeFlow - 1st delivery was broken item but after contacting support - they replaced for free and shipped a new one . but support form is not working on their page , had to write to the support email

I purchased the car vacuum as shown on The Good Morning America show. It is a scam! I only used it a couple of times and it does not work. Even after sending three videos, several pictures and a description of the malfunction and receiving an email from HOTO saying they have a one-year warranty they refuse to replace or refund it because I have had it for under 2 months ( regardless of the fact I just recently unpacked it). Do not purchase this item as it is a waste of money! The Good Morning America show should be careful on what items they promote as good quality products- this is a sham!
