Getaroom was a quick and easy way to book a room. Primarily, because I prefer to actually talk to someone in this day of computers, voice mail, emails, and phones with robotic voice choices that go on and on. As a well-educated senior citizen, I find the non-personal responses of social media a drag.

We received fast and courteous service with the representative. Although we could have done just as well ourselves. We could have called and made all the necessary plans on our own. We thought we would get a better price using this service. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience.

Enjoyed our stay. One of roons needed the bed linen changed again. Front desk took care of it . Showers really nice plenty of hot water. Other room was noisier because it was by side entrance to building. Would not take that room for that reason again.

I work for race team, I ask ever time about parking. I have a trailer that's 40' long and need extra parking and need extra access . Your custom service try to help but I have one bad experience so far. Could not get my trailer in the parking. I have a lot of equipment in my truck with a lot lf money. Need help with parking. Everything else is very good.

The reservation process was quick and easy. I would use it again. Next time I will look at the ratings of the motel/hotel before I finalize any reservations.
