It was a great experience

I am very appreciative for both of the representatives I spoke with on the phone today and on yesterday. Both representatives went the extra mile by being very pleasant and meeting my needs while taking care of my hotel reservation. They both listened to my requests and responded accordingly by fully satisfying my requests. I thank you very much for the outstanding customer service provided to me. I also hope their good work habits are acknowleged by their supervisor.

This is truly a great site for those who want to save money. I saved $50 each night because it was a weekend. Also, the Motel said they only had one room left for that weekend and I was calling them a month in advance for a slow season stay. This site had several selections.
