My wife and i have worked so hard for so long and we just decided to get away for at least one night! Mike Elazondo(Spelling?) was so Patient and kind. We had not stayed in a Hotel for the fun of it for a long, long time. The man was so informed and eager to help in any way i needed Him.We are so excited to get away and looking forward to seeing all the sights and have great food.If it's half as good as they made me think it was,it will be a couple of days to remember for a long, long time.

Easy to make a reservation; the hotel was as I expected . . . maybe even more so! The room was very nice; the comfort level was great; and the bed gave us a great night's sleep. No hassles -- no problems.

I've stayed here a few times and have always been pleased with the service. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. I'll always come back.

My daughter and grand daughter stayed the night here as they were traveling across the states to come home to Wisconsin. They were treated very well, and had such fun in the pool after they were on the road for so many hours and were hot, tired, and cranky. Thank you for taking such great care of them. THANK YOU!!!

I felt like I was speaking to a friend!! You all are awesome!! I made the reservation and was on the phone for about 30min getting hotel reservations, talking about my upcoming wedding and talkin about musicians. It was so refreshing. You could hear the smile in her voice. I think her name was nancy, such a wonderful lady!! I also had to call back a few times to make changes and not only were they super friends again they gave me a better rate!! They did not complete my call until all my requests were confirmed, peace of mind!! The 3rd time I called it was after hours for the hotel to confirm and the guy called me back first thing in the morning to confirm my change. It was honestly the best costumer service I have ever received. I wish all companies were like yours. I will refer friends am continue to use your services. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
