I Googled Holiday Inn Express and clicked on what I thought was their web site. I called and made reservations only to later notice that I wasn't actually working with Holiday Inn Express. Our reservation went through and our room was ready, but I feel a little betrayed. In the future I will make sure I am dealing with the company I was trying to contact.

I find the beds comfortable, the hotel clean and the breakfasts are always a treat. I know what to expect and can count on the amenities such as a clean pool, hot tub, a refrigerator & microwave and everything in working order. All rooms don't come with reading chairs or sofas and you pay a little more but it is worth it for the peace of mind.

I made reservations over the phone. My service rep Jeanetta could not have been more helpful. She explained alll the policies and gave me the final price of my booking.
