I made a reservation at the wrong hotel, and then tried to call and cancel. There were several contact numbers on the page, and the first one I called had nothing to do with the reservation and could not help me. Very strange that one of the contact numbers had nothing to do with the object of the site.

I had some trouble understanding the person on the other end of the conversation but eventually we got it done. the number I called I thought was the hotel front desk. I was not sure to go through with the reservation but I will find out when I arrive to check -in if everything worked out. I have never used a third party to make a reservation.

They couldn't find the hotel I wanted to stay at and so accidentally booked me at the wrong one in another nearby city. Thet were quick to remedy the situation once I called back with this info.
