Beautiful, clean, pet friendly, people friendly
I was pleasantly surprised to learn that you accept pets and the room was fresh and clean and beautifully decorated - not what we sometimes encounter when traveling with a pet. We even got a delicious cookie delivered to our door! We ate breakfast in the restaurant and the food was excellent. I would definitely stay again if I am in the area and am delighted to recommend!

Excellent handling by operator or representative on duty
I am very pleased with the representative response i.e. very polite, patient to listen as well as to look alternative availabilities before finalizing reservation. I will definitely use services again.

It was very easy.
The person that I had the previliged to talk to was very nice and was considerate of my needs. Also it was nice to talk to someone I could understand and didn't have a lot of noise in the background, I would come to this booking service again, I highly recommend it.
