Beware and be sure to carefully review your selection. After selecting dates and then a room, the date defaulted from a day in November to today's date so just like that I'm out of $160.00. I understand a non-refundable room ,but when the website changes my selected dates it's the same as stealing and I will not use this service again

A friend reserved two rooms for us through your agency at the Black Swan Hotel in Lee, Massachusetts. We found the price to be ridiculously high, so we tried to cancel. The hotel refused to cancel. We tried your "customer service" line and then had to struggle to reach a human being. The first two human beings we spoke to cut us off without helping us. The third human being demanded a lot of irrelevant information before undertaking -- we think -- to cancel the reservation. It was hard to be sure because, among other things, the agent's native language was not English.

this site only revealed part of the total charges. after booking they stated that the hotel will charge additional 20 dollars per night. very deceptive. will not use or recommend this site ever again.

Cancelled reservation. Quoted $219 per night didn't tell me about $25 additional fee. Should be disclosed on website or on phone call. Not hidden in taxes

The wrong room was booked and then the only way to fix it was to cancel, then it takes up to 30 days to get a refund? I ended up calling the hotel directly and got the right room, at the same rate!

I found the entire experience very time consuming and frustraing experience. The attendant keep repeating the info provided by me several times. I had several other reservations that I was making so I went directly to one of the major hotel chains and within minutes make several reservations. I will not use this service again. I don't blame the attendant, they are just probably following your corporate guidelines.

I was charged for 2 rooms, when I only booked 1 room. The hotel called ailthe booking company and asked about my refund, they told her I should receive an email within 4 hours with the cancellation confirmation and should receive my refund within 7 days. As of yet still have not received an email. I will never use this company ever AGAIN.

People who use other business Icon to make it look like the one your doing business with are a ripoff. never again. I pd to much for the room.
