The website malfunctioned and change the date I wanted for my reservation.. I had to cancel and reserve again. I was charged $141.00 and was refused a refund... Don't do business with these thieves...

I will NEVER use this website again and I will warn as many people as I can!!! The date I put in was for a future date and an upgraded room. The rate was displayed but did not include or mention a total including taxes and a website fee. I entered my credit card information and clicked next. Then I was brought to a screen that said "no refunds", but it did not show my selected check-in date, total $ amount or type of room. Since I hadn't made any changes and I knew I wouldn't need to cancel this reservation I hit "accept". The next thing I knew I had a reservation for that same night for a standard room! WHAT???!!! I immediately called Customer Service to see what could be done. I spoke with a very friendly Service Rep who ultimately said that the only thing to do was to pay a Change Fee -- which was equal to the room rate ($100+). Oh, and to book the room for the night I selected it was a higher amount than quoted on my first screen. Are you kidding me?! Unbelievable. The site is a "SCAM" -- do not use!!! While the customer service representative was not able to help me, they get one star for being respectful.

I made a mistake and booked the wrong date, when I contacted the hotel they said my reservation had been changed to the correct date an all was OK with them. Your Rep. informed me that my card would be charged for 4 nights instead of the two I stayed. I think you have defiantly lost me as a customer if I am charged four nights instead of the two I stayed. PS, I notifyed you in plenty of time to correct the mistake.

Please do not use this website to make reservation. If you have to cancel your reservation for any reason, they will not give you a refund, because you made your reservation on line. They explain to me that when I made my reservations, that I had to cancel prior to August 28, when I cancelled one of my rooms prior to that day, I was told I could not receive a refund.

Dealing with customer service was not a fun experience. Went to cancel a reservation that rep made a mistake on . They refunded me less then want I was billed for. The rep reason was because it was made on- line. I advised them that I spoke to a rep name Marsha and she made the wrong reservation. The rep could barely speak English and kept telling me that I made my booking on- line. When I requested to speak to a manager, he barely spoke English. I would not recommend this site to anybody if they wanted to book a hotel room. Again poor customer service. Found the same room cheaper

It took quite a while after a few phone calls, getting bounced around and the customer service representatives had a difficult finding the correct room and also equally as challenging in reserving the room and actually booking it. But the biggest " PISS OFF " is the fact that I got charged a freakin' USD from CDN dollars rate exchange..............not cool, nor was I informed what-so-ever and I'm not very impressed at all to say the least ! So I hope that after their review people read my comments, they will send me a cheque for the cost difference in return, sooner than later !

I didnt know that I was getting this service. I called the number for customer service Motel 6. I needed to change the arrival date because of a mistake. I thought I was talking to a rep from Motel 6 and didnt realize it until it showed up on my online credit account with a charge of 7.95. What happened? This is ridiculus and to charge me before I even stay is also ridiculus. How do I cancel this and receive a refund. Answer promptly.

When I called in to book my room I ask the young lady if this is the booking through Choiceprivleges so I would receive my points, we continued to talk while she was looking for a room during the whole time I ask at least 4 times if she was booking through Choiceprivleges so I could get my points she told me yes all times that she would not give me the points but I would recieve them at time of check-in. I was a work at lunch time when I did this. When I got home that night I printed my confermation and it clearly showed you are not. I called and spoke with George(who said he was a supervisor) and he was not concerned that the lady told me an untruth and also told me that though it only took 20 mins for you to take my money it will take 5 to 7 business days for me to reviece it back.
