Never use hotel reservations.com again!!!!
We made a reservation from Canada in Canada and were charges in US dollars and nothing stated that in the booking or email sent out - that is just outrageous!!!!!!! Sad we have to deal with these types of websites.

Hi Wendy, Thank you for your feedback. We are US-based company and transact in US dollars. It could definitely be made more clear on our site, and we are currently reviewing this. Regardless of currency, the rates displayed are still the best available in the marketplace. Once we have the USD displayed and perhaps offer currency converters, we hope you'll give us another look. worst experience ever...
accidentally put in the wrong date and they would not help out in any way. they told me they call the resort for the weekend I wanted and today with full and they can not switch days. I called the resort myself and told him what was going on. They that have them switch the date I wouldn't lose my money.when I called them back and told them what they said. They said they could do nothing for me it was my lose..

I thought I was booking directly with Hampton Inn.
Unfortunately I was in a hurry and linked to you rather than Hampton Inn. As a result I believe I spend ten or twenty dollars more per night than what I had seen earlier on the Hampton site. I will avoid using this site in the future.

Deceptive, dishonest, difficult, stay far far away from HotelReservations.com
Never Google Search for the hotel company your are looking for. Hotel reservations.com is part of Expedia. I was confused because I thought I was at the Hampton Inn website. May a reservation for the wrong Hotel, and was charged instantly for the full amount. Overseas operator would only say "I'm sorry for you inconvenience" about 30 times. Your stuck with the bill. This corporation is dishonest.

Dont use this site it is not secure.

At this moment I am Irate with you people.
I through I was going through Hampton Inn, Honors system and I obviously didn't, and I'm not a happy camper. I don't prepaid anything to anyone!!! You people are sorry SOB's, as far as I'm concerned. I will never use you again, I have traveled for over 25 years and you fooled me. Fool me once ok, but never again will I put my trust in you..

Dishonest and decietful
We requested a king room non-smoking and were charged for a king room. We asked twice if we were getting a king room and were told yes both times. When the reservation was emailed to us it was for a queen room. We called and asked them to correct this and they refused, saying it would have to be reviewed. We called back the next day and found a reasonable person (Kathleen) who apologized and agreed to refund the overcharge for the wrong room. Overall, we feel that we were deceived and lied to and will never use you again.

Can not change or cancel a booking after it is made as ther is a no refund policy.
How come I get charged in US funds when I live in Canada and am booking in Canada? Will never use this site again.
