One of the few hotel reservations companys that will not refund anything if plans change and you can not meet the dates. Also they charge your credit card immediately upon booking for the full price. I will not use them again.

Thanks for your feedback, James. Most internet-only rates require full payment at time of booking through other travel sites as well as hotel sites. The cancellation terms are dependent on the property booked and the rules they have in place at the time of booking. HotelReservations.com TEAM

Hi Diana, Thanks for the suggestion. You can always use print function from your browser. However, since an email confirmation is sent immediately upon booking, you have that as your receipt and record as well (assuming the email address is entered correctly.)
