First, I did not realize I made the reservations on a different site. I intended to make them with the hotel chain. My diamond status was not honored, I received no hotel points, and most importantly I had a hard time getting a receipt since the hotel could not print one off. In short I felt like I was hijacked and the experience was very inconvenient. I make sure to warn anyone who is using the service that they may be in for a great inconvenience. I also had a very hard time contacting someone to get a receipt for my expenses. The service is not worth using in my opinion and words really don't do justice for my contempt and anger about all the trouble caused by using HotelReservations.com

During my stay, ther was a violent disturbance. In the room adjacent to mine, there was an extreme incident which disturbed my ability to enjoy my stay. Friday the party inthe the toon next to mine loud noises, police called It was very scary. I requested that I be compensated for the inconvenience. I left my name with the manager and they have not contacted me yet

I DID NOT know that I had booked a room thru you people!! Imagine my surprise when I get to the hotel only to find out that I have 2 rooms booked!! Your call center employee was extremely rude when I had tried to book thru you. After I told her what I had read on-line,she told me since I had the info in front of me,"I should call the hotel direct myself" and then hung up!!!! I was not aware that my room had been booked until I arrived at the hotel after making my own reservations by calling direct. I will NEVER use your site again. Not only was she rude,she did not want to answer any questions about discounts...which I was entitled to by the way,includung a larger discount than I was given. And the charge was processed immediately to my credit card,which I wasn't aware of until I checked my balance and noticed an additional charge. If there any any further charges made to my card WITHOUT my authorization,my lawyer will be contacted. I was never given a confirmation number nor was I treated with respect or professionalism.I am extremely DISSATISFIED with your company and WILL NEVER use it nor recommend it to anyone. On hold for ever, and then they are telling me that they can not contact the hotel, and they are telling me they don't know if the hotels number is the correct!!!!!! They don't speak English , hard to understand,

They want to take your money and then have no desire to work with you if you have to make any changes. They will just tell you there is nothing they can do and you owe the money. Never ever use this company to book your reservations unless you want to be ripped off. I will find other means to get the word out not to use this site to book your room.

i made a reservation and immediately cancelled it because the type of room I wanted was not available they have charged me and will not refund my money of over 900 dollars, I paid an extra fee so it could be cancelled as I am old and sometimes changes need to be made. my bank is sending me paperwork to file a claim against them

My card was charged for the full hotel amount the same day I booked the reservation. Your site does not state that when booking!

I AM FORCED TO MAINTAIN RESERVATIONS AT THE WRONG HOTEL OR LOOSE MY MONEY. MY RELATIVE PROVIDED ME WITH THE WRONG HOTEL DATA AND I BOOKED ACCORDINGLY AND AM TRAPPED WITH YOUR NO CANCELLATION POLICY. I WILL NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE IN THE FUTURE.
