HotelReservations.comReviews of hotelreservations.com

I got this sight after googling and called the number. The person I talked with was very helpful. Very friendly. No problems with booking. She explained everything clearly and answered the questions that I had. In fact I had to call back and change my reservations and there was no problems with that. I will use this again when I need a room.

I would definitely use this service again.

I had a good experience. The representative that helped me was very friendly and helpful!

My experience was a very positive one.

This was such a beautiful hotel and the staff were all very polite and accommodating.

Comfort Inn needs more courteous people to take reservations.

We contacted them twice to make reservations for several family members as we will be attending the funeral of our brother-in-law. They were sympathetic and handled our requests with a smile you could see over the phone. Thank you, Guys!

Polite, patient, helpful
