I liked this diffuser for a couple of months. And then it just stopped diffusing scent. I did all the cleaning and troubleshooting they told me to do and it still doesn’t work. When I explained this to their customer service they told me to go through the steps until it worked. Basically they just gave me going in circles doing same troubleshooting with no repair of problem. That was no help and basically I’m just stuck with piece of trash. Dont buy!!

I don’t even want to give it one star. Terrible company, terrible products, and the return policy is awful! You basically keep their crap or lose all of your money. Do not order from them!!!!

NOTHING BUT A SCAM!! They don't send products ordered, don't honor discount codes and they DON'T CARE. SAVE YOUR MONEY and also beware of Aroma360 as this is a subsidiary of Aroma360. Very shady.

In Dec 23 I bought 5 diffuser one of them was a return from another customer was missing parts and was greasy Im having problems with their customer service . do not buy from this company THEY'RE a SCAM non existing customer service stay away from Hotel collection

It’s a fraud!!! I don’t get my money back!!

Do not buy from this company!!!!!!! They send out the wrong products and myself living in the UK had to pay £75 customs fees. I stupidly signed up to their subscription which would mean incurring the same cost every month due to customs fees, which they do not make clear at all. I have sent email upon email with just generic replies, sent back to me. This company does not care about their customers one bit and their product is a load of rubbish. I have suffered severe anxiety and upset over this innocent purchase. As a company they should be taken down. They are absolutely horrific and just want your money!

I never received my diffuser and oils order. They sent it to the wrong address and have proof that they did that. However; they will not refund my money nor send me another diffuser to my correct address. I have filed several complaints and my bank is going to cover the charge and charge it as fraud.++

We ordered a $209 oil diffuser, it worked initially then the seal that the bottle screws into totally disintegrated. This happened within 6 weeks of purchase. The Diffuser then stopped working effectively and became very noisy and leaked. Contacted tis company and could not get to speak to anyone just got automated messages telling me they would discount a new unit to $150 if i would like to purchase. terrible customer service for a faulty product. Why would we purchase another one when the unit is so poorly made. Do not use this company
