I have attempted multiple attempts to contact someone by chat, phone or email to cancel 2 subscriptions that I didn’t realize I had I was left on hold 30 minutes without success Customer support email bounced back 4 times as mailbox is full Chat no answer I finally contacted them by palpal and stopped any further payments I got an email someone will be in contact If not I stopped paying I like the studio diffuser but I have 6 months worth of pods Buyer beware

I did not want a subscription and noticed my credit card was charged twice and i found out somehow i was enrolled in subscription. I contacted company about the multiple charges and they informed me i was enrolled in subscription. i told them to cancel and they put me on hold and i waited 30 mins and no one came back. i tried the same with the chat and no one came back. i had to notify my credit card company to block charges. Unethical business practices.

Watch out for this company. Every time you check out they add fees and you have to look carefully to opt out of them. I opted out of a $4.99 rush delivery fee and they some how snuck in another $4.99 for package protection. If you get caught unknowingly in a monthly subscription, good luck trying to cancel on the website or talking to anyone. Mail gets returned as mailbox full. After this last order and a series of seem to be shoddy and try-to-cheat business practices, no more for me.

HORRIBLE customer service. Website doesn't work properly when checking out for the free diffuser w/oil subscription. I have spoken to 4 people in the past week and no one has helped me or answered any questions. The last lady I spoke with is rude and non efficient, probably reading from a script. She claims the problem that they have had on their website for the past week would be "fixed" by IT in the next 30 mins. I'm calling BS! Not that hard to afford good customer service for the cost of each of their products.

First off. Love the scent I chose and the deal I got! I completed the three months and some. Then I didn't receive an order! I sent three emails. No reply. And I finally reached customer service and they told me the item was at post office. Well it was misdelivered and had to contact the company again. It’s been a week trying to get through again! On hold forever makes no sense. Just want a replacement and I’m done. I canceled the subscription just want my last order! Geeeez. I finally got through to an agent. Waiting on hold days on days. Today tool 1 hour and 10 minutes. They say they’re sending a replacement. Wish me luck!

Overcharged for twice the amount of item and never received the item. Run away from this company they are constantly not shipping item but you get a nice invoice in the box they ship. I wish I had read the reviews prior because it has happened to almost everyone that orders

Strong arm tactics then your stuck and cannot cancel becuase somehow you're locked into a commitment. Over priced. Can't wait until I can actually cancel.

Any time I've needed to call customer service about an order gone wrong I'm hold for at least 30+ minutes before someone answers. Today I finally got someone on the phone, our call got disconnected (they already had all my info) and they never called back. Soooo... I called back and waited 45 minutes to speak with someone to cancel my subscription. I wasn't able to do it online. A pop-up comes up and gives a phone number to call. I tried the chat box while I was on hold and it said someone will be with you in 3 minutes, 20 minutes later, no-one, so I just stayed on hold while we drove to our destination. I cancelled because the orders take forever to arrive. They charge you for it and send it out about 3 weeks later. That's way too long. They have their scents on Amazon. I'm assuming it would be faster to get it that way without having to pay the huge shipping fee that takes forever to arrive. Also, don't believe the BBB reviews. They ask you to review them on there after they "solve" your issue.
