If there was a zero I would give them that. As all the comments are saying. Signed up for a subscription and was charged immediately but never received the confirmation email or tracking information. I waited 3 weeks and started messaging, calling and finally reached a human being! I was told “the order was held up because the diffuser color was out of stock”. I said well you could have let me know this! Then she said “good news it is in stock now and will be shipped immediately”…. A month later still no delivery…. I’ve emailed again and again and again. Now it’s time to dispute the charges and take this fake company down!

absolute worst company ever. crap diffusers that dont work and they lock you in for three months even when their products dont work. their customer support emails are full ( probably on purpose). takes forever to get in tough with customer service. and honestly the oils probably cause cancer.

This is the worst scam company out there. I ordered two diffuser units back in June. The first units I never received even though they claimed they were delivered. I paid for insurance and I fought with them for a month to get them to resend! They finally re-shipped me two more units that were broken and defective. I sent them back weeks ago. They signed for them both on July 23, 2024. I have never received a refund, a replacement, or any correspondence from their company after I sent them back. I have now had to file a credit card dispute to receive my funds Back. I have never once received a working unit from this company. They are a scam. I have tried correspondence via their email, via their website, and via phone. No one will respond! They took my money and I still have no units! Also the oils they sent were leaked out all over the box. Worst company I have ever dealt with

I echo all the negative reviews. I ordered the laundry pods and didn't like them (family had an allergic reaction). You cannot cancel subscription online or even remove your payment information - you have to call. Good luck with that! You are on hold for ridiculous amounts of time, sent back and forth if you do get a human. They tell you to email them at their support email, but you get a "mailbox is full" auto-reply. When I finally got a hold of someone to cancel this subscription (and I was very unhappy by this point), they had the gall to try to sell me on their diffuser! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS!!!! A good business makes it easy to cancel subscriptions.

I ordered the Laguagge but its completely defective< i tried to replace but they denied to replace it. Donot buy anything from this company.

I’ve had my diffuser for less than 3 months and it stopped working. Their suggestion is for me to waste my money on another one ($150) or sign up for their VIP service wich entails a “free” diffuser for $119 a month. Doesn’t even make sense.

I placed an order with a three bottle oil subscription and they refuse to cancel the . Subscription after I fulfilled my obligation they kept putting me on hold and not coming back they called me the day before and asked me to upgrade our declined what they charged my card anyway that same day for another bottle of the expensive oil an anyway. I had to contact bank to get my money back and block all future charges. Heed the negative reviews!

I am unable to reach anyone to cancel my subscription. I've called, online chat, sent email and can't get in touch with anyone. Nor can you do it online. AWFUL!
