Absolute SCAM! Avoid at all costs. Bought multiple diffusers and subscriptions and all diffusers stop working after the inital 90 days. Really bad quality products and customer service is a shambles. They always try and upsell you replacements rather than replacing the shoddy products you bought.

The diffuser’s have a limited life and do not last for a year. I have purchased 2 of the hotel collection diffusers and they don’t work anymore. Total crap.

I don't ever write bad reviews, but I hope to save someone else from this company and their scams. I signed up for a family plan and they charged my bank account right away but I never received a receipt or email confirmation. I couldn't even see my subscription information on my online account. I called and was on hold forever to get a person who said they'd email my receipt. I received that email but it didn't even have shipping or any explanation of the actual amount charged in my account. I emailed the company and would get bounce back emails that their inbox was full. I called again and was on hold for 55 minutes until I got a person and they explained the breakdown of the cost of products and shipping. I received my order with the oil bottles leaking all over the box. I had 3 diffusers and 2 of the 3 quit working after a month. At this time I had received my 2nd shipping of subscription oils and again leaking all over the place. I contacted them via email to cancel and they said someone from the concierge team would contact me to help with that within 72 hours. No one ever contacted me so I again called and was on hold forever and never got through. I finally had to call my bank for help on what to do and had to even cancel my card and get a new one issued. I don't know how a company such as this is in business and getting away with this.

Diffuser quit working after a couple of days. Emailed hotel collections and send a form in on their “contact us” page. All they want to do is sell their subscription service and if you don’t subscribe - they will no longer respond to you. I would stay far away from this company!

Absolute scam! Do not order from this company they do not allow you to cancel and charge for items they sent for free. Buyer beware

I wouldn't say this company is a scam—the scents are nice—but be prepared for faulty products galore. I purchased their Pro Diffuser, which stopped working just two months in. I contacted customer service (which was a hassle in itself, as their customer service portal on the website is broken), and after following their troubleshooting instructions with no success, they didn’t offer a replacement despite the product being under warranty. Instead, they insisted I schedule an appointment with their super special troubleshooting technician team. I don't have time for all this back and forth. You sold me a lemon—stand by your product and offer a replacement or a refund. On top of that, every single oil refill I received by mail leaked, and considering the exorbitant price of these oils, that’s a huge waste. After about three months, I decided to cut ties with this company. The online reviews don’t lie—STAY AWAY!

Utterly disgusting I placed an order for a family subscription. The money was taken from my bank immediately but I didn’t get any email confirmation. I messaged their “concierge” to be told someone would get back to me. They didn’t. I message them on their website and now 72 hours later I haven’t had a response. Whilst the products are great albeit it expensive, their service is really non existent and on that basis I wouldn’t recommend.

Don’t buy. The product is poor quality, comes monthly in leaky containers with most leaked out. Scents don’t smell good at all. They don’t let you change scents and don’t stand behind product. Don’t waste your money. When you call customer service they give the run around promising call backs and new product but it doesn’t happen. When you try to cancel subscription they don’t let you. It’s a scam!
