BUYER BEWARE!! Went out of my way to write this review after throwing away a $500 penthouse diffuser after less than 1 year. Customer service offered me a new one if I signup up for monthly oil deliveries for 3 years. This machine was replaced because all the internal parts failed and they did nothing. Candles arrived broken, and were a dissaplointment. Don’t buy the discounted items bc it’s still a bait and switch leaving you with nothing working. Disappointment especially with more products at the house. All trashed

Too expensive and it’s a scheme to get you to subscribe to their scents and pay monthly. Overall the scents are extreme, overpowering. I’m no dummy but it was so complicated to simply make the penthouse diffuser operational. I wasted $800

This company is a SCAM. I was roped into placing an order for their overpriced oils by a "free" diffuser if I purchase a subscription on the oils. I place the order where they charged me $25 to ship it within the US which made no sense to me but I did it anyways. Within minutes they had a sales rep calling me trying to upsell me on a more expensive diffuser and subscription and this would "take away the very high shipping cost." This is after I already spent over $100 with the company and made it very clear that the high shipping cost is a sales tactic and also a way to make up for the supposedly free diffusers they are giving away. This bothered me enough to cancel my order immediately. Both my subscription and order should have been canceled within an hour of my order being placed and I was refunded. A week later I was receiving emails about my subscription so I reached out to the company again asking why I was receiving these when my order was canceled and they assured me that it was a mistake on their email flow and I did not have a subscription. Flash forward to this week I have been charged over $60 for a subscription and shipping. I reached out telling them that I should NOT have a subscription and I canceled my order and confirmed the subscription was canceled. After many emails they refunded part of my order but did not refund the shipping charge. I reached out AGAIN and they said their system doesn't let them refund the shipping charge. Why am I being charged shipping on an order that should have never been charged to my card to begin with. I am wasting time and money on a mistake that this company made. If I were to do this again I would never have given my credit card information to begin with. This company needs to take a class on customer service. I have friends and family that also have a subscription with them that I will be sure to inform of this situation as well.

This is absolutely the worst company to do business with. After trying to cancel my subscription for the first time in August 2024 they are still charging my card. Reading the reviews here I realize I should have done my research. How do they continue to get away with their unscrupulous business practices?

The oils smell great in the bottle, but DO NOT scent the room. It is also a NIGHTMARE to try to cancel a subscription. Please don't get sucked into this company. Other oils diffuse much better, and you will not have the headache of a subscription.

DO NOT BUY! This is my second decide purchasing after two years. Years ago, the diffuser was different and worked at least for a couple months. Completely stopped and they couldn’t do anything about it. I just re bought one figure after a couple years let me do it. It DIDNT WORK AS SOON AS I PUT IN AN OIL. They right away tried to not refund me but connect me to configure the device. I said no 5 times after that I got someone who sent me a label. Ok so I return the device I get an email that I was refunded. Now days later they took away the reversal in my bank account to pretend they were giving me a refund !!! I contacted my bank to look into this issue. So beyond sketchy.

If I could give zero stars, I would. From the beginning this company has been a joke. I purchased three diffusers from them, all within six months. At this point, none of them work. I tried to return two of them immediately as they stopped working almost immediately after I purchased them. There were a lot of obstacles to return the items such as troubleshooting emails; phone consultation with technicians who tried to sell me other products; etc. I recently reached out again and was informed that none of my diffuser units can be returned as they are "out of warranty." By the way, I requested that my account be noted regarding the issues I was having and that didn't seem to matter. The company tries to get you to buy more expensive diffusers with more expensive oils. It's a scam. Don't buy from them or any of their other store fronts [they have several - Aroma 360, etc.].

The oils DO NOT diffuse, instead it all drains to the bottom of the diffuser. Please don't waste your money on this expensive product that doesn't work.terrible company, scam the diffusers work for a short time, they know about the problem and continue to deceive people and steal their money and they also delete all the negative comments about them that we make on Instagram posts
